Three Ways to Practice: In Person, Virtually Live Streamed, or On Demand.
1) Live Classes: In person classes are offered on Monday's at Capital Fitness and Friday's in Mary's Backyard. These classes will also be Live Streamed via Zoom. Pre-Registration is required through our App as class size is limited. Upon check out simply select the option to join us in person ($10.00) or on-line ($5.00). Please wear a mask until you are seated on your mat, practice social distancing and as always, if you aren't feeling well, please join us another day. We are no longer able to provide you with mats and props to use. We do have new and used items for sale left over from the studio that we are selling at and below cost. Let us know what you need and we will bring it to class. Local delivery is also available.
2) Live Streamed via Zoom: Upon reserving your space through the app, a link and password will immediately be sent to the email we have on file for you.*
3) On Demand: Pre-Recorded classes will be available through the week. You will find On Demand classes scheduled in the wee hours of the morning. When you register for these classes ($5.00) you will immediately be sent a link and password to the email we have on file for you. * These classes may be taken at any time during that day, as often as you would like.
